This website is operated by Hawke Motorsport (“we”, “us” or “Hawke Motorsport”) which is a trading name of Richard Stock and we are a controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we are responsible for, and control the processing of, the personal information you provide to us when using this website in accordance with this privacy policy.
Hawke Motorsport understands that customers care about the use and storage of their personal information and we value your trust in allowing us to do this in a careful and sensible manner. Information Collected by us.

This information may consist of: Your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date (We do not see or store any of your credit or debit card details as this is handled by our payment gateway) and your IP address. We use this information in order to process your orders and run your Account (if you open one), marketing, market research and analysis and to notify you of the status of the order.
- To ensure the smooth processing & delivery of your order, or to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
- To allow us to make any subsequent visits you may make to our website as easy as possible, meaning you don't have to resubmit certain information each time you shop with us.

To protect your information, we have policies and procedures in place to make sure that only authorised personnel can access the information needed to operate and process orders, that information is handled and stored in a secure environment and all systems that can access the information have security measures in place.
