This website is operated by  Hawke Motorsport (“we”, “us” or “Hawke Motorsport”) which is a trading name of Richard Stock and we are a  controller for the purposes of the EU  General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we are  responsible for, and control the processing of, the personal information  you provide to us when using this website in accordance with this  privacy policy.

Hawke Motorsport understands that customers care  about the use and storage of their personal information and we value  your trust in allowing us to do this in a careful and sensible manner.  We have created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate  our commitment to the privacy of our customers. By using this website  (including our mobile site), our social media pages, over the phone, you  are acknowledging that we are processing your personal information and,  where necessary consenting to such practices, as outlined in this  statement.

Information Collected by us.
In the course of us providing products and services to you, we may collect  the personal information that you provide. This information may consist  of: Your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date (We do  not see or store any of your credit or debit card details as this is  handled by our payment gateway) and your IP address. We use this information in order  to process your orders and run your Account (if you open one), marketing, market research and  analysis and to notify you of the status of the order.

How we use your information
  • To ensure the smooth processing & delivery of your order, or to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
  • To  allow us to make any subsequent visits you may make to our website as  easy as possible, meaning you don't have to resubmit certain information  each time you shop with us.
  • To profile our customer database to  help us improve our service and product range and to help us attract  similar customers. This may involve working with third party analysis  companies.

Who we share your personal information with
  • We  will need to share your personal information with reputable third party  providers who help us provide the services we provide you (such as  couriers to deliver your items).

To protect your information, we have policies and procedures in place to  make sure that only authorised personnel can access the information  needed to operate and process orders, that information is handled and  stored in a secure environment and all systems that can access the  information have security measures in place. We use SSL encryption on our entire site so that any data you enter when browsing and filling out  personal information is encrypted.
